The Getaway Tahoe is located in the picturesque town of Incline Village overlooking beautiful Lake Tahoe.
This 2-story (+loft) townhouse with a recently remodeled main floor features 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths and multiple decks with unfiltered views of the lake. The open layout is the perfect place to unwind with family and friends after a day of skiing or playing at the beach. Guests can enjoy grilling and dining on the outdoor deck while enjoying the mountain air with the lake as your backdrop. The home is centrally situated to everything the town has to offer. Less than five minutes to the beach, skiing, and the best restaurants and bars that Incline has to offer.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Please respect our neighbors and abide by our quiet hours, enforced from 9pm - 8am. Noise must be kept strictly under 60 dBA during the day. Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an initial $500 fine followed by a possible eviction in egregious circumstances. Guests will not be given any refund for issues related to noise ordinance violations.
Guest will be responsible for any fine issued to the owner due to guests exceeding occupancy limit or violating noise ordinances.
No animals allowed due to our family's health reasons and allergies to animal hair and dander. We kindly ask for a no pet policy to reduce allergens. Any guests bringing an unauthorized animal will be charged a $500 fine.
Please remove your shoes when inside the house. I encourage guests to bring indoor slippers for extra comfort!
Please lock all doors every time you leave the house and do not give the house codes or address to anyone that is not listed as a designated guest to the house.
No events, large parties or gatherings that will compromise the well-being of our neighbors. Violation of this property will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
No smoking, drugs, illicit activities or excessive alcohol consumption during your stay, in the house or around the property. A $500 fine will be billed to the guest if evidence of smoking on the property is found. Violation of this property will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Please do not cook anything that will cause excessive smoking or aromatically pungent inside the house. We work very hard at keeping it in pristine condition for our guests to enjoy. :)
All appliances (stove, toaster oven, coffee maker) are to be turned off when not in use.
Any damages to the house or property will be investigated and charges will be applied to the renter if the cause is found to be a result of renters’ negligence. Please share any sited damages upon check-in.
Please return the house in the same condition as the beginning of your stay. Any excessive cleaning fees beyond the standard cleaning charge will be passed on to the guests.
Do not rearrange or move the furniture. If the cleaning crew has to place back furniture after the stay, a fee of $50 will be charged to the guests.
Do not leave any trash in the house or surrounding areas of the property. Trash must be disposed of in the trash bins.
Guests are expected to take out the trash and run the dishwasher before departure.
Any stays longer than 30 days will be assessed an extra $100 cleaning fee.
There are exterior security cameras that are used to monitor the property when vacant and to receive packages. Tampering, removing or damaging the cameras will be considered a violation of the rental agreement.
We have weekly maintenance/grounds crew that work during the weekdays. They usually spend about ~20 minutes onsite.
Booking guest must be over the age of 25 and will occupy the house during the entire stay booked.
When booking, list the names and ages of the persons in your party. Only listed guests are allowed to stay at the house.
When coming back from the beach, please try to rinse your feet or sandy areas before entering the home.
Please rinse sand off clothing if you plan to use the washer.
Do not hang anything in the front deck railings (towels, equipment)

Pool is unheated. If you request for us to heat the pool, we can do so for an extra fee. We offer the option to heat the pool May-October. The spa heats on demand and is available for your use with no additional fee.
The house is on a septic system so be mindful of what you put down the drains. Trash should be disposed of in the waste bins and only flush toilet paper in the toilets.
No glassware is to be used outside, please use the shatterproof glasses provided.
